There are so many ways that animals can be incorporated in forest gardens, for their benefit and ours. These incude pest control, weed control, fertility, site preparation, and more. I though I'd start things off with a video about a poultry system used for establishment and maintenance of a tree crop operation, once again featuring Las Canadas in Veracruz, Mexico. Soon I hope to also post a video about their use of African weeder geese to control grass weeds in their estabished forest gardens.
